Q: MacBook Air 13" Mid 2013 Display

Anyone have an idea what might had happen? I wasn't doing anything out the ordinary but browsing the internet. I've tired the system management controller and resetting NVRAM. With no luck to fixing the screen. This laptop hasn't been dropped. I'm not sure why the picture uploaded upside down. IMG_9864.jpeg

    Hello Vinnie908,

I see from your screenshot that there are lines appearing on a gray screen on your MacBook Air.  Given resetting the SMC and NVRAM didn't resolve this, I'd next like you to try booting to safe mode, and if that doesn't work, boot to macOS Recovery to see if the issue persists.
    1. Choose Apple menu > Shut Down.

    2. After your Mac shuts down, wait 10 seconds, then press the power button.

    3. Immediately after you hear the startup tone, press and hold the Shift key.

You should press the Shift key as soon as possible after you hear the startup tone, but not before.

    4. Release the Shift key when you see the gray Apple logo and progress indicator.

To leave safe mode, restart your Mac again, but don’t press and hold any keys during startup.

    About macOS Recovery

If it continues in safe mode and while in macOS Recovery, then you'll need to get your Mac serviced.  You can learn more about getting service by using this link:
