Yahoo! Password Required

Recently, last two weeks or so, I've been getting a popup on my Mac and iPhone telling my that my Yahoo password is required. I follow the prompts, enter my password, get an email from yahoo my account has been signed in from such and such device and everything seems fine. Then a day or so later it wants me to do the same thing again and again...


Apple told me to contact Yahoo. I can not find anyway to contact Yahoo.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013), OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)

If the sign-in screen continues to appear after you click "Sign in," you'll need to reset the "sign in" cookie.

  1. From the Sign-in page, click Sign in as a different user.
  2. Enter your Yahoo ID and Password, then click Sign in.

If that doesn't fix the problem, these steps can also help you sign in:

  1. Clear your browser's cookies.
  2. Close and re-open your browser, then try signing in again.
  3. If you're having trouble signing directly into a Yahoo Mail or a different product page, try signing in to the primary Yahoo login page.
  4. Complete these steps again using a different supported browser.
