If the App store app on your iPhone is unresponsive, try closing the app, restarting your iPhone, and launching it again:
Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
This should reestablish a connection to the iTunes Store. If the issue persists, try these additional steps:
If you can’t connect to the iTunes Store
