Q: Issue; Apple TV 4 on TVOS 10 does not display options to set as home hub after enabling two factor authentication

I understand that you are wanting to use your Apple TV as a home hub to control your HomeKit accessories. Take a look at the following article that addresses your question: Automate and remotely access your HomeKit accessories
Something that seems to trip people up when they are getting things set up, is needing to set up the accessories in the Home app on the iOS device first, before setting up the home hub.

Oct 7, 2016 4:08 PMby Jrsuchin ,Thank you for the reply and bringing to my attention I forgot to mention I also have had the switch set up before and after two factor authentication was confirmed on From the home app as you're suggesting; I actually reset the switch device at the time I reset my iPhone and set up again in the home app And still there has been no sign of homekit.
