iOS Apple Music not playing over WiFi

I've seemed to have an issue with playing music from Apple Music off of my Wifi only on my iPhone. Whenever I try to listen to music on my phone while on the wifi I get a notification saying "Request Timed Out" over and over again. Yet on my laptop I haven't had any issues streaming music over my wifi, any thoughts on what I could do to fix this dilemma?
