Q: how to mark emails as junk mail?
hi there, been trying to mark emails as junk but new ones from same email pop right back up in my inbox the next day, not marked as junk. i've tried toggling prefs, dragging etc but its not working. any workarounds?

If Mail isn't 'learning' what is junk mail, try going to Mail/Preferences/Junk Mail and reset the Junk Mail filter. It will take awhile to retrain it.
