I do not know what iCloud account my iPhone is connected to and I can not turn off find my iphone

I need to send my iphone in for a replacement but I can not if find my iphone is activated and I can not deactivate it.

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.5

Not sure what you mean? Are you unable to go to Settings>iCloud on the device to see if your iCloud ID is signed in and Find My iPhone is turned on? If so, then you can sign into iCloud.com on a computer and click on the Find My iPhone app, and see if the iPhone shows up under Devices. If it does, then you would have to send the request to Erase the device. That way, when the repair renders the device usable again, it will erase the device and Find My iPhone will not be turned on anymore.
