Stolen iPhone

Good morning. Yesterday, my iPhone 6 was stolen. I was able to Erase content in https://www.icloud.com/.

Last night, my friend received a message from an unknown number saying "Your iPhone 6 64GB Gold has been located near 5110 Metro Hotel today at 19:44 DST.See location: http://location-find.online/index.php/login Apple Support". Today, he received yet another message from another unknown number saying "Your iPhone 6 64GB Gold has been located near Police Depart today at 9:36 DST.See location: http://location-find.online/index.php/login Apple Support". The link redirects to a 404 page so that's useless. But I just want to know if Apple Support really does send this message when Lost Mode is activated for an iPhone.
