HI, why Siri would not speak in Italian with Luca voice after update to Sierra?
Open (Apple menu) > System Preferences > Accessibility > Speech.
Next to the System Voice menu, select Customize...
Scroll down to Italian, then select Luca, then OK.
It will take a few moments to download the new voice.
