My camera lens fell out of my iPhone 7

I just got the new iPhone 7 and I accidentally dropped it on the ground(with no case). The camera lens on the back fell out. Is it possible to replace the lens and get a new one? Or do I need to get a new phone? I put the lens back on to the phone but I'm scared it's going to fall out again. What should I do?
