Q: I changed internet providers and my phone and I pad connected to the new network just fine but my Apple TV won't !..... any thoughts?

sure .. I changed internet providers so I have a new route installed I was able to connect my phone and my ipad using the username and password but my Apple TV prompted me to check my network connectio, so I checked it and it's fine I have wifi on both of my other devices.  So I tried it again and the same thing happened , so then I thought that if I reset my apple tv to factory setting and tried to install it again I tried to set it up using my phone and my I pad and it's giving me the same message to check my network.
