Q: Create Save Data Backup
Hello,
This is most likely a fairly common question, but I've looked around and either haven't found answers or haven't understood them. I'm honestly not sure which. So, without further ado, here's my question.
My iPhone SE is getting pretty full, so I was thinking about deleting some of the games I have on it to make room for new ones. I have some save data on the apps that I would like to still be there when the app is downloaded again later. Is there a way to do this?
Thanks in advance.
iPhone SE, iOS 10.0.2

"This process ... single app"???
Parts of the process do involve a single app. Other parts cannot be done with a single app. So I'll repeat here with annotations to address this.
- The app and its data are on the iPhone SE. (Of course, all apps are on the iPhone, but I was referring to the app(s) in question.)
- An iPhone backup is created. (This backs up all apps and other data.)
- The app is deleted from the iPhone. (The single (or possibly multiple) app(s) you wish deleted.)
- Time passes.
- The app is re-downloaded to the iPhone. (The single (or possibly multiple) app(s) you deleted above that you wish restored.)
- The backup is restored. (The backup restores the entire iPhone. Apps are not restored, but those apps that exist on the iPhone do have their data restored.)
