Q: Sling TV No Menu

I'm on Mac OS Sierra with the latest updates and I have an issue with my Sling TV since I changed my password. I'm getting a 10-100 app is not available message. The odd thing is I never get a menu to go into settings to check my connection or to sign out of my account and back in etc... I'm pretty sure what is going on is somewhere in my Sling TV app it has my old information which is giving me this error. I've deleted the app, readded and tried every suggestion from Sling TV support as well and they seem baffled. They can't figure out why I can't even get into my menu to sign out and try to sign back in.

My question is this I'm sure my password information/login information is being stored in some file that when I'm deleting the Sling TV app is not getting rid of. I've checked in every folder on my Mac trying to find something and I'm coming up empty-handed. Does anybody know how to completely get rid of every trace of my Sling TV app so I can somehow actually get a sign in menu to fix this?

Thanks,

Daniel
