how to reset browser
My safari does not have a browser reset tab and adobo flash player wont work even tough is up to dated
can some help me please

Don't know what you mean by a browser reset tab. If flash is not working it may be an ad-blocking extension, which you could disable, or disable all extensions.
As for resets, there is "clear history" at the bottom of the History menu and "Empty caches" in the Develop menu. You can have the Develop menu showing by going to Preferences / Advanced.
