Cannot clear Safari history completely

So somehow I managed to set the date to 31 December 2100. The only problem is that I opened YT in Safari and now I cannot clear it from the history. When I delete it and reopen Safari it comes back. I tried clearing all history but it didn't help. However, it seems it's disappeared from my Macs now I can't remove it from iOS.

Is there any solutions for that problem?

Yeah, I absolutely learned not to play with date.
