Can the 42mm Hermes Single Tour strap be modify to fit a 150mm wrist?
Specs detailed for 165mm wrist. Mine is 150mm. Is there anything i can do about it?

A jeweller may be able to assist you, such as by adding one or more additional holes to the strap.
You may also wish to ask Hermès directly:
