Q: there isn't any back up or restore option in iTunes

i have a back book and iPhone 6 and i haven't any back up or restore options in my iTunes

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.3

my iTunes didn't have restore option or back up
i have this in options in pc windows but in mac i haven't any of this option

Try unlocking the iPhone before connecting to the computer. Trust the computer if asked.
