I've got an error while searching app in App store iPhone 7 iOS 10.0.2 That said App store temporarily Unavailabe please try later.The Problem solved when I logged out my account and then when I logging in again The problem Were getting Back

I checked all of them 10000times. I use another apple id for app store and It worked Fine But With My main apple id said app store temporarily unavailable...
I Have the same issue . The App Store search works fine if I log out of my Apple ID but when I log in , it says unavailable
I've Just Fixed this in this Way :
1- Open Setting
2- Go to The Privacy
3- Go To the Advertising
4-Turn On Limit Ad Tracking
Done It must be solved with this solution
