can't download the program in appstore!

Good day! Somebody this was that the programs that were already in the icloud is not downloaded, and just lights up a box? But nothing happens next. Maybe someone knows what to do to fix it?

when I click on "download" pops "box" but the download is not happening! and so for many programs. this new iPhone, almost old programs loaded successfully from icloud😝
