Q: why do i get a message saying that my computer is not registered to me

I show on the App icon that will not download because I get a message that says my computer does not belong to me or is not registered to me. WHY!!!!!

MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2015), OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

I Get a notice that I have an up date, when I click on the icon to update it says that the computer is not registered to me soitnever updates I think it's in photos .
