Q: Updated CW App not working

Hello, not working on new generation apple TV or iPad, yet prior to update it worked fine.  I get server unavailable or unable to stream content?  I have tried to send request to the CW help but have had no response.  Is there a fix scheduled or an update coming soon?  Anyone else manage to fix this problem?

iPad Mini, iOS 10.0.2

    Apple TV and iPad operating systems on those devices are separate and different. If CW is not working on both, I would think the issue is at their end.

     

    I've seen other posts here about CW. Do a search of CW-related topics to see if there's something that can be done at your end.
