bought iphone7 pluse in qatar facetime is not working for india sim card

hello sir,

I bought iphone7 pluse in qatar the facetime is not working for india sim card. and also before 2 years i bought iphone 6 plus in same country qatar but that works perfectly and facetime works for me. what the diffrence is i unbox my 6plus in indai, i unbox my 7plus in qatar and i put the sri lanka sim first and tried india sim next and facetime disappear from home screen. the moment i insert my qatar sim card it is worrking. please i need help. if i buy another piece of 7plus and bring it to sri lanka or india will my facetime work? or what? i'm totally confused plese reply me as fast as you can

This is kumar and i have bought an iphone 7 in kenya coz i stay here but my problem is that i cant see FACETIME on my screen , i think this iphone from Dubai. just needs your help how i can resolve this issue.

If someone can unblock my facetime also am ready to pay for it.

There isn't a solution aside from using a different iPhone.

FaceTime isn't banned in Qatar, but iPhones originating there will lose it if used on a network outside the region; only Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Pakistan actually ban it. Dubai is in the UAE.

iPhones originating from Turkey or Israel will have FaceTime worldwide.

FaceTime is banned by law in KSA and UAE and will be removed from iPhones sold in other countries in the Middle East if they are used outside of the country where they were originally sold. If you intend to use an iPhone outside of the Middle East, then don't buy it in the Middle East. The one you bought there that has FaceTime was illegally imported from another region and re-sold there.

Can you buy what? No iPhone sold legally in the Middle East will have FaceTime on it when used outside of the Middle East. No iPhone sold legally in KSA or UAE will have FaceTime at all.

If you want an iPhone to use in India, then buy a phone from an authorized source in India.
