Also try turning off Bluetooth.

If your Wi-Fi source is capable of generating a 5 GHz Wi-Fi network, try that to help avoid conflicts with Bluetooth.
Diagnostics shows ISP -failed, Internet -failed,server - failed, Wi-Fi , settings and Networks come up green.
When I click "continue" all comes on green!
I'm on 5 GHz and without bluecoat the mouse and keyboard don't work.
Have you tried restarting/resetting the router?
Router reset twice, computer shut down and restarted twice, still hunting!
