Q: How do I keep apple tv app store downloads from also just downloading to my iPhone and iPad?

When I download a new app like cbs news from the app store on my apple tv it also automatically downloads that same app to my phone and iPad...how can I stop this from happening? I just want them on the tv.

Turn off automatic downloads on the mobile devices. (settings > iTunes & App stores)
