Q: My iPhone 6 is not ringing when I get an incoming call.  Is it because the phone is locked?  How do I not lock my iPhone 6?


My iPhone 6 is not ringing when I get an incoming call.  Is it because my screen is locked?  If so, where do I go to not have the screen locked?

Make sure the mute switch on the upper left edge is not set to 'on' (i.e., with red showing).

 

Also check to make sure you haven't activated 'Do Not Disturb' by mistake.  That's the "moon" icon you see when you swipe up from the  bottom.
