Q: iOS 10 People folder issue/question


Hi,

I have a couple of "faces" in the People folder that are coming up blank but has recognized same "face" numerous times.  Is there anyway to refresh it so picture actually comes up?  Happened to a few faces, I don't know who the facial recognition found since it's coming up white.

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 10.0.2

    Hi JohnP007,


    Congratulations on your iPhone 7 Plus running iOS 10! I understand that some of your faces in the peoples album are drawing up as blanks and you would like to refresh them. You can try using the steps below to fix the Faces on the thumbnails in the albums.

    Fix mixed-up names and faces

    If you notice that there's a photo of someone in a collection that's misidentified, you can remove it.

    1. Tap the person that you want to remove in the People album > Select.
    2. Tap Show Faces to focus on just the person’s face in each photo.
    3. Tap each photo that isn't of the person.
    4. Tap  > Not This Person.
       

    Hide people

    You can hide people or groups that you don't want to see in your People album.

    1. Open the People album and tap Select.
    2. Tap the people that you don't want to see.
    3. Tap Hide.

    If you want to see the people you've hidden, tap Show Hidden People.

    NO that's not issue, issue is i bel that some of the faces must not have synced so the face "bubble" comes up but no face they are whited out. I have like 7-10 blanks all it shows is the number of face pictures but u don't know who the face is.
