ISO 10 on iPhone 6 lost the exciting new text features

After I updated the ISO 10 On my iPhone 6s, I thought everything was working great I could send the new texting feature's like confetti and balloons and lasers but I could not receive them .

Weeks later I cannot even click on the blue arrow to get those options to show up and it appears that there's just nothing from home I can do to fix this ??

Has anyone else lost their exciting new text features on the ISO 10 or am I alone in this ?

I still have the option to turn my phone horizontal and right and I can still do the colorful pictures by tapping two fingers

Hello April,

Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. I know how important being able use the new full-screen effects is to you! Based on what you stated, it seems you may be having issues with when others send you full-screen effects. First this I would check is to make sure you don't have Reduce Motion turned on, as that would disable the full-screen effects. Then restart your device as the shut down and start up process is important to keep the iOS software running properly:

Use message effects with iMessage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
