Apple TV

I recently changed my account profile from an Aust to a NZ address (inc. VISA update). Now we have lost all our purchased movies (no icons on AppleTV). Have tried reboot/reset/etc and changing Apple TV setting to Aust. But nothing works. Any solutions?
