iOS 10.0.2 Songs not starting or stopping at proper time

After upgrading to iOS 10.0.2 the songs in my iTunes library do not properly sync their respective start and stop times that I have assigned to them. They play properly on iTunes, but not through the Music app on my iPhone 6. Is this a bug that will be fixed shortly?

I have the same issue. Also, when I have shuffle mode on, the next song will take forever to play or doesn't even play at all. But when it does play, the album art from previous song is still stuck there. I hope apple fix this issues soon. I have a iPhone 7 Plus for less than a week.
