When I click Play on Sierra, Siri asks to enable

I have an Apple earbud with volume-control, and a MacBook Pro with macOS Sierra.

When I click the Play button on the earbuds to start the music, it asks to enable Siri - EVERY SINGLE TIME. Play, see dialog, click Cancel. Pause, see dialog, click Cancel. Play, see dialog, click Cancel.

How do I disable Siri permanently?

Thanks!

Macbook Pro, Mac OS X (10.4.10)

i don't use siri too much time even on my phone. and i don't think who will use that as usual.😠

they should fix this problem. at lease they can set if i press and hold the button 3 seconds for siri as iPhone, and let the play button just press as before. 😠
