iPhone 7 plus 3D touch haptic feedback stops working

The 3D touch haptic feedback on my iPhone 7 plus stops working every other day and a restart seems to fix it. I am on the latest iOS (10.0.2). The 3D touch functionality itself works.. just that there is no haptic feed back. Has anyone else experienced this ?

I had same problem, I went to Apple Store in France, they told me that it was hardware problem and they replaced my iPhone, but after one week, I have same problem with my new iPhone, i'm on IOS 10.0.3 so it's last version, so i don't know what to do, i think that it is software problem, but IOS 10.0.3 did not solved this problem

Skype was the culprit even for me. I have an iphone 7 plus running iOS 10.1.1. Every time I made a skype call, it killed system haptic feedback. I realized this did not occur when I had the "Integrated Calls" setting in skype turned off. The integrated calls feature integrates Skype VoIP calls with iOS 10's native phone app and having this setting turned on for some reason killed the haptics every time I made a skype call. I contacted skype support only to be told that it was a feature by design. I am still of the opinion that it is a bug in the Skype app's way of handling integrated calls. Solution for now is to turn off that feature permanently.
