Click on that if its not there look in watch apps store .

If you have not yet done so, update your iPhone and Apple Watch to the latest software, starting with your iPhone:
- Update the iOS software on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
- Update the software on your Apple Watch - Apple Support
Under the latest version of watchOS, the Heart Rate app can then be accessed:
- From the watch face, by adding the Heart Rate complication:
- From the Dock:
- To add the Heart Rate app to the Dock:
- On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > Dock > Edit (upper-right) > add Heart Rate from the list of apps.
- To open the app from the Dock:
- When viewing the time on your watch, press the Side button once, then swipe between apps.
