Oct 9, 2016 7:08 AM in response to gunkaragozby becky_s22,Hello gunkaragoz!
Thanks for bringing your question about graphic errors on your MacBook Pro after upgrading to macOS Sierra to the Apple Support Communities. Broken images and poor graphics are definitely not an intended affect of installing macOS Sierra. I'm here to help!
It sounds like you've done some good troubleshooting by updating your drivers. First I'd like you to test this issue in a new user. How to test an issue in another user account on your Mac
If the issue persists in a new user then we know it's system wide. My next suggestion is to reinstall macOS Sierra, it's possible the install file was interrupted while downloading. Reinstalling macOS will put a fresh copy of the operating system on your Mac and should resolve these errors.
Best wishes! -
Oct 9, 2016 10:44 AM in response to becky_s22by gunkaragoz,I created another user with same settings and I don't see the problem, so it's not system-wide. I thought a file or app corrupted while migrating to Sierra. Actually, I tried to close all running applications, but nothing changed.
Now the question,
1) How can I find the problematic app? I ran system diagnostics.
2) OR how can I copy my settings and documents from one user to another (easily)?
BTW, I saw a screen like BSOD in Windows (for the first time in Mac!). There was a message about GPU panic(?). Trace may help to fix:

Oct 9, 2016 11:15 AM in response to gunkaragozby norm123,Hi gunkaragoz!
Thanks for your reply. Next we'd like you to see if the issue persists in safe mode. It has the nice side effect that it checks for errors and repairs them, as well as preventing third party extensions from loading.Try safe mode if your Mac doesn‘t finish starting up
If it loads properly and you don't see any graphics glitches, let's try to disable login items. This article refers to Yosemite but is still valid information:
OS X Yosemite: If you think you have incompatible login items

Oct 15, 2016 3:07 AM in response to norm123by gunkaragoz,hi again.
I started in safe mode, then restarted in normal mode but it didn't help.
I removed all login items, restarted, I still see black backgrounds and distorted images.
On the other hand, the other user that i created doesn't face with this image problem.
I also checked activity monitor for a suspicious process, but didn't notice anything usual.
Any other suggestion?

Oct 16, 2016 4:32 AM in response to gunkaragozby Luis Sequeira1,★HelpfulI suggest you run Etrecheck and post its report.
Since the problem does not occur in another account, it is unlikely to be a graphics driver issue; it appears to be a conflict with something that is running in your account but not the other.

Oct 16, 2016 7:09 AM in response to gunkaragozby majortom1967,Looks a double graphics. If yes, does the problem occur also with the discrete card.
In such cases I alway recommend what follows upon OS upgrades (both Main OSs and decimal - 12.12.0 ->10.12.1 for example): (assuming you have a complete backup although what folows never gave me problems in more tha 10 years)
- download (system's name) Cache Cleaner from Norther Softworks - Sierra cache Cleaner
- perform all Maintainance routines with exclusion of virus check and permissions
- reboot
- perform All and Deep Cache Cleaning (this is the mosty important)
- reboot (first will be longer)
- perform Disk Permission Repair - although this is not recommended by Apple and Sierra and "past friends" should have and internal automatic permission repair, IMHO, it does his job not completely
- reboot
No solution? Let's look elsewhere

Oct 21, 2016 2:03 PM in response to majortom1967by gunkaragoz,Did all the steps, no help.
I realized this graphics problem stays if I use Safari. But I see the problem not only in Safari but also in other applications like Preview and screens like desktop icons.
If I use Chrome and keep it open, this problem doesn't occur.
Is there a way to check what happens or which processes started when I start Chrome?
