Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. If you have purchased an album, but it is not showing in your purchase history and it doesn't appear you can download or redownload it, you may want to double-check that your are following the process outlined below:

See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support

Download your past purchases - Apple Support

If you are still not seeing it, you may also want to check to see if it may have been hidden, as detailed here:

Hide and unhide iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store purchases - Apple Support
