Q: Adding deleted downloaded songs back to Iphone

I wanted to remove a playlist from my phone. Accidentally I clicked on remove downloads instead of remove from library. So now the songs are deleted from my phone.

I tried to make a new playlist with the songs I need, but they are not showing up. I also tried to add the songs manually back to the phone and also tried to add the albums again. But that didn't work. How do I get the music back to my phone? I need this for my work.

iPhone 6s, iOS 10.0.2

    Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. Sorry to hear that you are having these issues with your iPhone. I'm a bit unclear on your exact configuration, but if you mean that you removed the locally downloaded copies of songs from iTunes Music Library/Apple Music, you may want to see if you can re-download them as outlined in the following article:

    Hi! I'll try to be more clear. I have music in my iTunes library that I ripped from cd's I own. Then I make playlists with it for my work and sync the playlist to my phone.

    I wanted to delete a playlist from my phone. But accidentally I pressed remove downloaded songs instead of remove playlist from library.

    Now the songs that were on the playlist are gone from my phone. I still see them on my computer in ITunes. But if I try to sync them back to my phone, they wont sync. Also if I try to sync the whole album, Ill get the album on my phone, but without those songs. And if I try to sync a playlist from my computer, Ill get the playlist on my phone, but still without those songs.

    How do I get them back on the phone?

    I'm not using apple music.
