Q: How do I convince Apple that my e-mail has changed?

My original e-mail address has been stuck as my ID ever since I have had an Apple computer. This changed over two years ago, which I have been unable replace since then. There are no doubt endless e-mails pouring into my old e-mail address inbox, as I am unable to access them this is a waste of time and effort. Please can you have my old e-mail address -clive.willet@**** converted to willikins@****>

I would be most grateful for this.

Further to this is the new problem of the double numbers as an extra layer of security, of which I completely understand and approve. This of course means that I am unable find the second set of security numbers as they to my, long gone e-mail address and account.
