iPhone 6S turns on home screen by itself

Hi,

I have a odd problem with my iPhone 6s which appeared right after iOS 10 update. Almost every time I take the phone in my hand, the home screen will turn on by itself. That should only happen when you press the home or power button. Same story with my dad's SE. Anybody had this issue and is this iOS related issue? Thank you!
