How do I create a blood pressure log in numbers?

You can find sample logs on the web at these locations:

American Heart Association-BP log

Hypertension Canada - BP log

Either of these, or a combination of the two can be used as a model for a Numbers table to use as a blood pressure log. The Canadian one provides space for comments on factors that may have affected your BP at each reading, and separates systolic and diastolic readings into two columns—useful if you want to graph the results over time.
