Q: iTunes playlists gone after update and it is not in previous iTunes library

Hi, I noticed after an iTunes update all my playlists are gone! I tried to find my playlists by recovering the iTunes library.itl in the previous iTunes library folder, but there are only much older files and missing the most recent version containing the playlists  I worked hard on!

I tried doing a deep scan with Retiva hoping maybe it was accidentally deleted, but no luck... Any help would be greatly appreciated!
