I've got a problem: Except for my admin account, I also have another standard user account on my macbook air. Unfortunately I've forgotten the password for it. As far as I know I should be able to reset the password of the standard account through my admin account, but here's the problem: When I unlock the locket in the left corner, I still cannot select the standard account. It's written in a "lighter" color, so when I click on it, nothing happens. I would really appreciate your help! Thanks so much!
