Q: safari not recognizing bank web sites

Since latest OS updates Safari not recognizing bank web sites. How do I fix this. Bank states they are not having issues.

iPod touch, iOS 8.4.1, iMac & power PC Mac clone

    a friend of mine has the same problem. In her case it is the website of www.targobank.de, she is working with el capitan and the latest version of safari there. I got no problems for this website at sierra. We tried to set safari back and I had a look of possible differences, but could not find any. By the way: the service of the bank told her, that some people have the same problems but she could not help - perhaps it was a problem only of the mac browser. Would be grateful for any suggestions...

    Try going to Safari/Preferences/Extensions and disable all extensions. Quit Safari, reopen, and see if the website will now load. If so, enable extensions one or two at a time until you find which extension is causing the problem.

    Thank you... but I am sorry: we tried that already and it did not help us (there was only one extension and I disabled it) Is there another possibility?
