Have you double-checked that the Facebook app actually comes in Romanian?

I mean in facebook
You have to go to"settings", "general", "language". Set a first language, a second one and, if you want you can add more.
If Facebook is in the language you ask for in first place, it is going to charge it, if not, it isgoing to charge the second language you chose.
