Q: my iphone6 does not list 3D touch under Settings - General - Accessibility

My iPhone 6 does not show 3D Touch when I look under Settings - General - Accessibility.  I am running iOS 10.0.2. Anyone having the same issue or can help me?

The iPhone 6 does NOT have 3D touch.  The 6S is the first phone to have this feature.
