Q: how do I play videos that I shot on my Iphone on my windows computer. They are a part of the pictures/videos that are in icloud but when i try to play it indicates that there is a format problem.

Are you playing them while in the Photos app on iCloud.com? This support article indicates that you need to do it from the iCloud website:

hi Gail:

I am trying to play on iCloud.com and the message is "video couldn't be decoded" .... any thoughts?
