hi, after I did the latest download iOS 10.0.2 on my i phone 6s I lost the ability to check my e-mail while using the i phone - also can not check internet while talking on i phone 6s

Thanks for updating to iOS 10.0.2. I see that you're unable to check your email and the Internet connection is not functioning as expected. Try resetting the network settings on your iPhone.

Reset your Network Settings.

Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.

If you can‘t connect to a cellular network or cellular data

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network
