Q: Disney and ABC apps

There are some episodes on Disney & ABC apps that request a change to the parental controls on my Apple TV 3. We started elevating the restrictions each time till we ended maxing all restrictions. We still can't access certain non-offensive episodes. The episodes will tell us to change the parental controls before we can view the content!?!?

Hi. This has come up periodically in the past. It seems like the "parental control" message is misleading. Try this Re: Apple TV Disney XD App Error and see if it helps.
