Itunes not detecting people app of windows 10

I want to import my gmail account contacts and export it to icloud with the help of itunes using feature contacts sync through windows contacts. But it seems like windows 10 does not have windows contacts app, instead they people app which itunes is not detecting.

I'm doing so as i don't use that gmail account no more, it was only the contacts that made me sign in to the entire mail account.
