Q: failed to upgrade iPhone

i just bought an iphone about 2 weeks ago and 3 days ago i decide to upgrade the ios to newest one which is ios 10

when it finished upgrading the ios, i turn on my phone just to get black screen with logo connect to itunes, i figure Apple has another issues for the new ios and i was right

i connected my iphone to my laptop(windows 7) and turn on my itunes, it said i need to update my iphone software upgrade or restore it so i decide to try update it.

the first time i bought the phone i have never back it up to my itunes nor icould so i don't mind if all the data is lost but the main problem for me is that when itunes downloading the iphone software upgrade, it always stopped at the middle of the way and said

There is a problem with iPhone "iPhone" that requiers it to be update or restore

i have check the troublem and my laptop has the newest update of the window and i have follow all the step from this link : If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support for the solving problem

once i did i tried again to update it but it give me error of -39 so this time i tried the other option which is restoring them, but the same problem happen and the error of -39 keeps pops up or sometimes just give me the pops up like before the notification of problem with iPhone that need to be update or restore and i just don't know how to fix my phone anymore

i have take my phone to the store where i bought it and it's not a pleasant or nice experience because they said it's because the bugs and error ios has and told me to wait until Apple fix the bugs and for me to try to either update and restore again

Message was edited by: x9673 i wonder if there's any related kind of having 2 iPhone with 1 iTunes acc ? previously i have iPhone 4s that i always used to back up on my iTunes and restore, my iPhone 4s is on ios 7 so i would figure it wont stay for very much long and i haven't been backing up the data or restore ever since i bought my iPhone 6 so that i can back up the data from my iPhone 6 instead
