What is with this "Microsoft Auto" message?

While I was using my iPad Mini which runs the latest iOS 10.1 beta, an extremely weird popup came on the screen while playing one of my games. It was about this accessory called "Microsoft Auto" and it requesting me to install an app that is not installed(Screenshot: http://m.imgur.com/Ihludfy). I have no idea what exactly that was, so I clicked on the ignore button and have not gotten it since. The only Microsoft related app I have on my iPad Mini is Minecraft, but I highly doubt that something called "Microsoft Auto" would be secretly bundled with it. This was not happening to any of my friends that are not using the iOS 10.1 public beta, even friends that have tons of Microsoft Apps installed.

Has anyone else experienced this, and does anyone know what this actually means? Is it some new feature of iOS 10.1 that I don't know about?
