Q: My purchases won't appear in my library.

I recently bought an album from iTunes (Windows) however it won't appear anywhere on iTunes. I paid £7.99 for the album but it on my bank statement it appears as £1.58. I've checked in my available downloads, purchases and library to no avail. Does anyone know what may have happened here and how I can fix it?

Windows, Windows 10

    Hi V3Faust,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

We understand that you purchased an album from the iTunes Store on your Windows computer, but the price you were charged is different than what the album costs. Furthermore, you are unable to find this album anywhere in iTunes. We know that billing and purchase issues can be frustrating, but we’re here to help.

The following link shows how you can see your purchase history in iTunes. Are you able to see this purchase here?

See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support

If not, you may need to contact our iTunes Store support as described later in the article.

If you can't find an item that you purchased in the iTunes Store within the last 90 days, report a problem. For older purchases, contact iTunes Store support, and select Purchases, Billing, and Redemption.

    Cheers!
